STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

1. Advance Orders

1.1. All orders must be placed at least 24 hours before the desired delivery or pickup time.

1.2. Orders for large events (from _ persons) are recommended to be placed _ days prior to the event date.

1.3. Orders placed less than 24 hours in advance will be processed only subject to technical availability and individual confirmation.

2. Order Placement Process

2.1. The customer selects dishes from the menu and adds them to the cart.

2.2. When placing an order, the customer specifies the desired date, time, contact details, and any comments.

2.3. After submitting the order form, the request is sent to us via email or WhatsApp.

2.4. The order is considered a preliminary request, not an automatically confirmed order.

3. Order Confirmation

3.1. We check the possibility of fulfilling the order on the selected date.

3.2. After verification, the customer receives confirmation that the order has been accepted.

3.3. Only after confirmation will the customer receive an invoice for payment.

4. Payment

4.1. Payment terms: 100% prepayment.

4.2. Payment must be made only after receiving confirmation and the invoice.

4.3. The order is considered finally confirmed once the payment has been received.

4.4. If payment is not received within ___ hours, the order may be cancelled.

5. Changes and Cancellation

5.1. Changes to the order are possible no later than 24 hours before the fulfillment date.

5.2. If the order is cancelled less than 24 hours in advance, the prepayment is non-refundable (or partially refundable, if a percentage is specified).
